Subscription FAQ's
How do I sign up for a subscription?
When on the product page, choose Monthly Subscription, 6 Week Subscription, or 2 Month Subscription instead of One-time purchase, then click Subscribe Now. Next, you'll input your shipping and payment information like usual, and we will process and ship your order. We'll then ship you your product(s) at the chosen frequency!
What products are available as subscriptions?
CBD Oils, CBG Oils, Bath Bombs, Salves, Gummies, Rice Treats, Drinks, and even most Bundles are available as subscriptions. Seasonal items that are not always in stock will not be.
What if I want to purchase other products as well as a subscription?
If you want to purchase other products at the same time as a subscription, you'll have to make two separate orders. At this time, you cannot check out with both a subscription product and another product at the same time.
How do I manage my subscription?
Log in to your account, and click My Subscriptions from the drop-down menu. From there, you can update your payment details. If you would like to temporarily suspend (i.e. skip a month) or cancel your subscription, please email us at info@pennschoice.com at least 7 days before your next payment is due.
What if product prices change?
One major benefit of subscribing to a product is even if the price goes up, you're locked in at your lower price for as long as your subscription is active.
What if I previously signed up for a monthly subscription, and I want to switch to a new monthly subscription or change to a different frequency?
If you signed up for a subscription and it's now available for less or if you simply want to change the frequency, please email us at info@pennschoice.com with a cancel request. Then, find the product you want to subscribe to and re-subscribe at your preferred frequency.
What if I want to reactivate my subscription after I cancel?
Once you cancel, if you want to restart your subscription, you'll have to purchase the subscription again. If you want to take a break, you can suspend your subscription for a limited time.
Can I use a promo code with a subscription?
Since they are already discounted, most promo codes are not applicable on subscriptions.
