Shipping FAQs

What if I put the wrong address?

If you input the wrong address on your order, please inform us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet shipped, we can update it and send it to the correct address. If the order has already shipped, you have two options. We can refund you for the cost of the item but not for the shipping cost, or we can send you an invoice for the cost of shipping a replacement order and send it out to the new address once the invoice is paid. 

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free shipping on all orders $75+

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to all of the United States except for Idaho, Iowa, Indiana, and Mississippi (due to their hemp regulations). Regulations are ever-changing, and so these states are subject to change. 

What shipping carrier do you use?

For most of our orders, we use USPS. Occasionally, we will ship via UPS.

How quickly do you ship out orders?

Shipping times will vary based on your location, but our orders typically ship out from our facilities within 3-5 business days but may take up to 7.

 

How do I track my order?

 

You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking information once your order is on its way.
