Return Policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your PENN'S CHOICE products! 

 

What items are returnable?

Unopened products in original condition and packaging that are received within 30 days of receipt of your shipment are returnable.

What items are non-refundable?

Original shipping fees, free gifts, promotional items, opened packages, and orders received in excess of 30 days are non-refundable.

Are there any charges for returns?

Due to the nature of our small business, a $5 fee will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping and restocking. Additionally, original shipping charges are non-refundable.

How do I make a return?

To request a return/refund, please contact our customer support team at info@pennschoice.com. Please include your order # as well as what items you would like to return.

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether your refund is accepted. If your refund is approved, we will process your refund and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method. After processing, it may take approximately 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect on your original payment method.

Exchange Policy

If any products arrive damaged or part of your order is missing, please email info@pennschoice.com within 3 days of delivery. Please include a description and pictures of the order or damaged products.

​

Missing product claims will be compared to our shipping picture for approval. We will review your exchange request and will send out a replacement product within 5 days of approval.
