What is CBD?
CBD is short for cannabidiol, which is one of many cannabinoids or molecules produced uniquely by the cannabis family. Unlike Delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol (THC, the primary psychoactive element in marijuana), CBD is non-psychoactive, meaning it doesn't have a strong effect on cognitive brain activity and doesn't cause the "high" associated with marijuana.
How can I take CBD?
CBD can be taken via topical treatments like salve or cream. It can also be smoked or vaporized to feel the effects immediately. CBD can be taken orally via oil drops that are placed under the tongue and held for 60 seconds before swallowing.
Is CBD legal?
In 2018, Congress passed the Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018 (“Farm Bill”), which was then signed into law at the end of the year. In 2019, it went into effect, legalizing the hemp plant on a federal level when it contained less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC, which all of PENN'S CHOICE products do!
What does Full Spectrum mean?
We use the whole hemp plant in our CBD Salves and Bath Bombs making them Full Spectrum. Full spectrum means that our products contain all the cannabinoids that are naturally occurring in the cannabis plant. Our top-sheld products are high in CBD, with small amounts of minor cannabinoids, and very low in Delta-9 THC (less than 0.3%). We believe using the whole plant is best because the chemical compounds work in harmony to give you all the benefits that nature intended!
What is CBG?
CBG is short for cannabigerol, which is one of many cannabinoids or molecules produced uniquely by the cannabis plant. CBG is known as the "Mother of all Cannabinoids" because CBGA, the acidic precursor to CBG, is the genesis of three major cannabinoid lines, including CBD and THC. Similar to CBD and unlike THC, CBG is non-psychoactive, meaning it doesn't have a strong effect on cognitive brain activity and doesn't cause the "high" associated with marijuana. In fact, if grown properly (which we do, of course!), it's also known for having little to no THC. It's also known for the entourage effect, meaning it can enhance the effects of other cannabinoids. Pretty sweet, right?
What are your payment options?
We securely process all payments via Square, and we accept Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, and Discover.
What is your return policy?
What items are returnable?
Unopened products in original condition and packaging that are received within 30 days of receipt of your shipment are returnable.
What items are non-refundable?
Original shipping fees, free gifts, promotional items, opened packages, and orders received in excess of 30 days are non-refundable.
Are there any charges for returns?
Due to the nature of our small business, a $5 fee will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping and restocking. Additionally, original shipping charges are non-refundable.
How do I make a return?
To request a return/refund, please contact our customer support team at info@pennschoice.com. Please include your order # as well as what items you would like to return.
How soon will I get my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether your refund is accepted. If your refund is approved, we will process your refund and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method. After processing, it may take approximately 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect on your original payment method.
Exchange Policy
If any products arrive damaged or part of your order is missing, please email info@pennschoice.com within 3 days of delivery. Please include a description and pictures of the order or damaged products.
Missing product claims will be compared to our shipping picture for approval. We will review your exchange request and will send out a replacement product within 5 days of approval.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to all of the United States, except for Idaho, Iowa, Indiana, and Mississippi, due to their state policies regarding CBD. We do not currently ship internationally due to the varying import and export restrictions on CBD at this time.
